New injectors for Maserati and Ferrari 

I produce and deliver completely new mechanical injectors  for Maserati like the 12 cylinder Tipo-8, the 12 cylinder Tipo-9, 3500GT-Sebring and Mistral.  This means a new casing with a complete new insert. The same type of injector can be delivered for Ferrari with the same mechanical Lucas injection system.

New insert in your old casing

If preferred, I can also deliver a new insert mounted in your old casing PROVIDED the condition of your own casing is still in good order. This means you get your own (old) injector back provided with a new insert.

I make use of your own injector and do NOT exchange injectors because of signs of wear or damage caused by other people’s inexpert handling.

Renovated insert in your old casing (1)

I can also deliver a renovated insert mounted in your old casing  PROVIDED the condition of not only your own injector casing but also the parts of you old insert can allow re-use. This means that you get your own (old) injector back provided with a restored insert.

Other Ferrari injectors (2)

Ferrari also uses other injector models but they all use the same insert principle. This means that I can also  renovate these inserts or deliver a new insert.

Renovated inserts (1 and 2)  :

Provided your (old) insert is still in good condition, I only use the needle valve and de valve seat that have been re-polished. The rest of the insert is mounted with new parts of my own fabrication.

ALL inserts are adjusted to the correct pressure. If required, I can adjust the pressure to your own requirements.

All injectors are adjusted to the correct fuel spray pattern and are tested for leakage, for their operational pressure plus continuity and for their overall performance.

Mechanical injectors, that work according to the above mentioned principle but differ from model (see picture) can also be produced and delivered, but only after consultation.
